HIDROXOCOBALAMINA INJECTION
Indications:
It is used to treat pernicious anemia, megaloblastic anemia, neuralgia, hepatic parenchymal damage and contact dermatitis. It is also an antidote to cyanide.
Contra-indications:
Contraindicated if allergic to hidroxocobalamina.
Adverse Effects:
Intramuscular injection may occasionally cause rash, pruritus, diarrhea, allergic asthma, and very rarely anaphylactic shock.
Drug Interactions:
Aminosalicylic acid and chloramphenicol can weaken the action of this drug.
Precautions & Warning:
1, the process of drug use can cause allergic reactions, should be noted.
2. When conditions permit, the concentration of vitamin B12 in blood should be monitored during medication.
3. Hyperuricemia may occur in gout patients using this product.
Use in Pregnancy and Nursing Mothers:
Use with caution for pregnant and lactating women.
Dosage and usage:
Intramuscular injection.
Adults: 0.025 ~ 0.1mg daily, or 0.05 ~ 0.2mg every other day. When used for neuritis, the dosage can be increased.
Children: 25 ~ 100μg/ time, once a day or every other day. Avoid repeated administration of the same part, and be especially careful with newborns, premature infants, infants, and young children.

Store below 25℃. Protect from moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
