KANAMYCIN ACID SULPHATE INJECTION

Indications:

For the treatment of sensitive bacteria caused by systemic infections, such as pneumonia, sepsis, abdominal infection, the latter two often need to be combined with other antibacterial drugs.

Contra-indications:

Kanamycin sulfate or other aminoglycosides have a history of allergy to contraindo not use.

Adverse Effects:

Kanamycin sulfate is highly toxic, mainly manifested as ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity.

Drug Interactions:

Combined with other aminoglycosides or applied locally or systematically, it can increase ototoxicity, nephrotoxicity and neuromuscular blocking effect.
Combined with neuromuscular blockers, it can aggravate the neuromuscular blocking effect, leading to muscle weakness and respiratory depression.

Precautions & Warning:

Kanamycin sulfate is prohibited when its character changes. Keep kanamycin sulfate out of reach of children.

Use in Pregnancy and Nursing Mothers:

Prohibited for pregnant and lactating women.

Treatment/antidote in The Event of Overdose:

Due to the lack of specific antagonists, kanamycin is excessive or causes toxic reactions, mainly with symptomatic therapy and supportive therapy, while adding a lot of water.

Store below 25℃. Protect from moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
