LIDOCAINE SPRAY

Indications:

Lidocarinamide local anesthetics, after blood absorption on the central nervous system has a significant excitatory and inhibitory biphasic effect, with the dose increase, the effect or toxicity is enhanced, can cross the blood-brain barrier and placenta.

Contra-indications:

Liver and kidney dysfunction, decreased liver blood flow, congestive heart failure, severe myocardial damage, low blood volume and shock, original indoor block, etc. The use of this product in the above patients has the risk of aggravating the condition, and it should be used with caution.

Adverse Effects:

Occasional adverse reactions: allergic reaction, hypersensitivity reaction. The occurrence of adverse reactions may be related to the patient's physical condition and drug use. Please pay close attention to your physical condition during use. If you have adverse reactions or feel uncomfortable, please seek help from the doctor immediately.

Drug Interactions:

Barbiturates can promote lidocaine metabolism, the combination of the two drugs can cause bradycardia, sinus arrest;
When combined with procainamine, it can produce transient delirium and hallucination, but does not affect the blood concentration of this product;
Isopropyl epinephrine can increase the total clearance rate of this product due to the increase of liver blood flow. The total clearance rate of norepinephrine decreased due to the decrease of hepatic blood flow.

Precautions & Warning:

Patients should maintain a light diet during the medication period and avoid eating spicy and irritating food, such as pepper, Sichuan pepper, etc., so as not to affect the efficacy of the drug or aggravate adverse reactions. If you find any changes in the character of the drug, such as color, shape, taste, etc., do not use it.

Use in Pregnancy and Nursing Mothers:

Use with caution for pregnant and lactating women.

Treatment/antidote in The Event of Overdose:

Excess may cause convulsion and cardiac arrest, immediate rescue.
