OFLOXACINE INFUSION

Indications:

Ofloxacin is a quinolone antibacterial drug. It has broad-spectrum antibacterial effect on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, and its antibacterial spectrum is similar to ciprofloxacin. It is used for respiratory tract infection, urogenital tract infection, gastrointestinal tract infection, skin and soft tissue infection caused by sensitive bacteria.

Contra-indications:

Contraindicated in patients allergic to ofloxacin and fluoroquinolones.
Use with caution for pregnant and lactating women.
Use with caution in children.

Adverse Effects:

Occasional symptoms of sexual irritation usually do not affect medication.

Drug Interactions:

Of the commonly used fluoroquinolones (such as norfloxacin, enoxacin, ciprofloxacin, etc.), ofloxacin has the least effect on theophylline and caffeine metabolism

Precautions & Warning:

Patients with hypofunction of liver and kidney and elderly patients should reduce the amount when using the whole body, and patients with diabetes should pay attention to avoid hypoglycemia when using.

Use in Pregnancy and Nursing Mothers:

Pregnant women: Use this product only if the potential benefit of the drug is judged to outweigh the potential risk to the fetus.
Lactating women: Ofloxacin can be excreted through human milk, so it should be used with caution in lactating women.

Treatment/antidote in The Event of Overdose:

For tablets, excessive use of this product may cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and other gastrointestinal symptoms; Dizziness, headache and other central system symptoms, liver function, kidney function, blood routine and other indicators were abnormal. In case of overdose, the patient should be admitted to hospital for gastric lavage, enema and symptomatic treatment of related symptoms.
