PROCAINE PENICILLIN INJECTION

Indications:

The active ingredient of this product is penicillin. Penicillin plays a bactericidal role by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell walls, and is mainly used for pathogens sensitive to this product
Causes infectious diseases.

Contra-indications:

Patients with a history of penicillin or procaine allergy, and patients with a positive skin test for penicillin or procaine are contraindoed.

Adverse Effects:

Allergic reaction: various rashes such as urticaria were more common, leukopenia, interstitial nephritis, asthma attack and serological reaction were less common; Anaphylactic shock is rare, once it occurs, it must be rescued on the spot, to keep the airway open, oxygen inhalation and adrenalin, glucocorticoid and other treatment measures.

Drug Interactions:

Prosulfanilamide, aspirin, indomethacin, butazone and sulfanilamide reduce the renal tubule secretion of penicillin and prolong the serum half-life of this product.
Penicillin can enhance the anticoagulant effect of warfarin.

Precautions & Warning:

Do not use when the character of this product has changed.

Use in Pregnancy and Nursing Mothers:

Use with caution for pregnant and lactating women.

Treatment/antidote in The Event of Overdose:

The main manifestation of drug overdose is the adverse reaction of central nervous system, should be stopped in time and give symptomatic, supportive treatment. Hemodialysis can clear penicillin.

Store below 25℃. Protect from moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
